Privacy Policy

wain.asia (the “Service”) is operated by THE BAR (Phuket, Thailand). We provide a task marketplace where verified workers complete short online tasks (reviews, food orders, deliveries) and receive cash payments.

• Account data: email address, password (stored hashed), auto-generated PIN, language preference, location (city), name.
• Task data: tasks you take, photo proofs you upload, timestamps, status history.
• Payout data: the payment method you choose (PromptPay number, bank account, crypto wallet address, Binance Pay handle), amount and method of each payout.
• Technical: IP address (for rate-limiting login attempts), browser type, device language.
• Marketing (Facebook Pixel): when arriving via Facebook ads, we record sign-up and key actions (CompleteRegistration, ViewContent, FirstTaskTaken) for ad performance measurement.

• To run the Service and pay you for completed tasks.
• To detect abuse (fake submissions, repeated brute-force attempts).
• To improve onboarding and the catalog of available tasks.
• To measure the effectiveness of our Facebook ads.

We do not sell or rent your personal data to third parties.

• Supabase — database, authentication, file storage. Servers in Singapore.
• Vercel — application hosting and content delivery.
• Facebook (Meta) — advertising and conversion tracking.

Each provider has its own privacy policy. Submitting personal data to the Service implies acceptance of these processors handling your data on our behalf.

Account data is kept while your account is active and for 90 days after deactivation, after which it is anonymized. Payment records (payouts) are kept for 7 years per Thai tax requirements. Photo proofs are kept for 12 months unless required longer for dispute resolution.

• Request a copy of all data we hold on you.
• Request deletion of your account and associated data.
• Withdraw consent for marketing tracking (we will stop firing Facebook Pixel events for you).
• Correct any inaccurate information.

The Service is not intended for users under 18 years old. If we discover an account belongs to a minor, we will deactivate and delete it.

We may update this policy. Material changes will be announced in the app and on this page; the “Last updated” date will change accordingly.
