Terms of Service

By creating an account on wain.asia (the “Service”) you agree to these Terms of Service. The Service is operated by THE BAR (Phuket, Thailand).

wain.asia connects workers with short paid tasks (online reviews, food orders, deliveries, content creation, etc.). Workers browse the catalog, take a task, complete it according to the instructions, and submit photo proof. THE BAR's admin team reviews proofs and approves or rejects them. Approved tasks credit the worker's balance, which can be cashed out at the worker's request.

You must be 18 years or older. You must be legally permitted to earn additional income in Thailand. Each person may hold one account. Multiple accounts will be deactivated and accumulated balances forfeited.

• Complete tasks honestly and fully follow the instructions.
• Photo proofs must show the result you completed (a published review, a confirmed order, a delivered item).
• No automation, bots, fake accounts, or recycled screenshots. Detected abuse leads to immediate account deactivation and balance forfeiture.
• Reviews must follow the host platform's terms (Google, Grab). Fake or paid-review violations are the worker's responsibility.

Each submission is reviewed by an admin within 24 hours, usually faster. Approval credits the task price to your balance. Rejection includes a reason; you may not retake one-shot tasks but repeatable tasks can be redone after the cooldown.

Admin decisions are final but can be appealed by contacting support; appeals are reviewed within 7 days.

• Each task has a fixed reward shown on the task card. The published amount is the gross amount credited on approval.
• On payout, the platform deducts a service fee (currently 5% of the gross amount) and any per-method transfer fee (e.g., bank transfer flat fee). The exact net amount is shown before you confirm the payout request.
• Minimum payout amount depends on the chosen method. PromptPay, bank transfer, and Binance Pay typically require at least ฿1,000; cash and crypto are available from ฿100.
• Payouts are processed manually within 24 hours of request and reflected in your wallet.
• Fees, methods, and minimums may change with notice in the app.

Keep your email, password, and 6-digit PIN private. We use rate- limiting on login attempts but cannot recover funds lost to a compromised account due to shared credentials.

You may delete your account at any time by contacting support. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, including fraudulent submissions, multi-accounting, or harassment.

The Service is provided “as is.” We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our maximum liability per worker in any 12-month period is the total of payouts owed to that worker and not yet paid.

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced in the app. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Phuket Province.
